First Login

Welcome to JCTC! This guide will help you log in and set up your account.

Step 1: Access the Login Page

Navigate to your JCTC instance URL (e.g., https://jctc.ng).

Step 2: Enter Your Credentials

  1. Email: Enter the email address provided by your administrator
  2. Password: Enter your temporary password

First-time users

If this is your first login, use the temporary password sent to your email. You will be prompted to change it immediately.

Step 3: Two-Factor Authentication (if enabled)

If your organization has enabled 2FA:

  1. Open your authenticator app
  2. Enter the 6-digit code
  3. Click Verify

Step 4: Complete Your Profile

After your first login, complete your profile:

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner
  2. Select Profile Settings
  3. Fill in your details:
    • Full Name
    • Phone Number
    • Department
  4. Click Save Changes
